As part of this journal of my creation process, I’m going to be completely honest with you. Today, I got sidetracked and accomplished next to nothing in my fiction writing.
For several years, I have maintained a separate blog about a particular scholarship offered in Japan and how to apply for it. Today, I discovered that the application guidelines for this year had come out, so I spent the time that I should have been writing fiction on emailing my mailing list for that blog to let them all know.
Sometime over the next few days, I’m going to have to update the blog articles about that scholarship, too, but I’m going to try to do that in addition to my fiction. We’ll see how that goes.
