I’m worried about my computer. Over the last few days, it has struggled to start up, and the issue seems to be mechanical. It sounds like a car engine that is turning over, but not sparking. There’s a sounds like it’s trying to get something going, but failing, and trying again. Usually, if I let it sit for a half hour, it eventually gets going, but that’s no condition for the core tool of my business. I’m going to need to seek repair help and fast.
For now, obviously, I did get it running today, but only to find a series of follow-up questions from my last coaching client. Apparently, I was not as finished with that task as I thought I was. So, that took the time that the slow start-up left me with.
I really do not want to be coaching on day 100 of this process. I want to be writing. But the way things are looking, I might not have a choice.
