I am getting close to the end of this mammoth coaching review, and would be there already if I didn’t have that pesky requirement to go to work today, which forced me to end a little early.
Tomorrow, I should be able to finish up, review my comments, and send the whole thing back to my client. But still, this has taken far longer than it should have and, well, I don’t want to think about how much I have effectively been paid for my time. Even though this income will help fund my editing and cover design, etc., I still find myself resenting the time a little bit as it drags on.
I am so looking forward to getting back to my fiction! I am only a few steps away from starting to write.
