I think my coaching reviews are too slow. I have spent nearly an hour and a half on the current review over the past two days and am not yet at the halfway point.
I put a lot of thought into writing my comments in such a way that my clients will not need to contact me for additional information or clarification, so that is one thing that slows me down (it would be even slower if we had to go back and forth several times). I also want to make sure that I leave no possible correction unaddressed. Essentially, my anxiety and fear of judgement are playing into my lack of speed.
So far, experience has not helped, either. I cannot say from my previous work with clients that I can safely ratchet my output down and still expect success from the clients. So, I guess I have to continue with the way I am doing things now.
Still, I am looking forward to getting this done as quickly as possible so that I can get back to my book!
