I’m excited as my non-fiction project is nearly at an end – to the first draft, of course, but at this point in my career, non-fiction requires fewer revision passes than fiction, so it feels like this is getting close!
I got about 20% into the final chapter today. Depending on whether or not I decided to end my quarantine a day early and return to my family on Saturday (which I prefer!), I might be able to have the draft finished by the end of this month! There are still some closing comments and end matter to address after the first draft, but that part should go relatively quickly.
It’s getting close enough to taste, now!
