While I was writing today’s section in my non-fiction, it simply wasn’t coming across the way I wanted, so I decided it was time for an example. Unfortunately, that led down a bit of a research rabbit hole as I first had to decide what I wanted to use for an example, and then go through the process of researching that example.
I am trying to explain how to figure out if a degree program has the focus the student is looking for, and it just wasn’t coming across without a specific example. But to be honest, I’m not happy with the example I chose (an economics field) because it didn’t have enough possibility for difference, so I’m probably going to have to re-research and rewrite this section with a science or engineering focus for maximum effect.
That’s a little frustrating, but at least I know which way to go next!
