B1P Day 132: I Swear the Kids Have a Weekend Conspiracy

There’s no other way to explain it.

Just when I think, I don’t have to go to work today, so I can ease into my morning writing and still have a longer session than usual. No. Denied. Today, my five-year-old son was up at 6:30. He’s rarely up before 7:30 on weekdays, when I can’t write anyway. Combine that wake-up time with a slow start on my writing, and I got essentially nothing done.

Time to play catch-up in the afternoon, children permitting.

Yes, I am feeling resistance, and I don’t know that I would really be all that productive if I wasn’t getting interrupted or losing time so much this last week, but it certainly hasn’t helped!

Take part in the journey!
