Non-Fic: Applying Edits and Day-Job Stress

This morning, I woke up feeling a little slow. The late night of G&Ts and talking to my wife about my day job-stress probably contributed to that a little bit. But once I forced myself to get out of bed and start my brief morning exercise routine, I started feeling better.

By the time I got Scrivener open, I was ready to go and I managed to get through an additional 40 manuscript pages of applying edits. I think a lot of that was due to the edits being less extensive than they were for yesterday’s section, but I’m now at 60 pages out of 160 and feeling good about the progress.

Today is Saturday and I have some projects around the house, but if I have time in the afternoon, I’m going to try to tackle my cover issue. Right now, that is the primary factor keeping me from updating my website and letting my list know that the book is coming – I can’t very well announce it with the title wrong on the cover!

Take part in the journey!
